Returns & Exchange

1. Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at info@unihimalgolf.com to request a return authorization.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the package.
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.  In most cases, we process refunds within 3-7 business days after confirming the returned item meets our return criteria. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-returnable Items: Customized/personalized products and gift cards are not eligible for returns (unless customized items have quality defects).

2. Exchange Policy

If you receive an item with quality defects or shipping damage, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How to Apply for Exchange:

Contact our customer service team at info@unihimalgolf.com and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the quality defects or shipping damage
Ineligible for Exchange:
Customized/personalized products (except for those with quality issues).
Used items or items missing their original packaging materials.

3. Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged (due to shipping), or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@unihimalgolf.com right away. We will evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it.
