Yes — as long as your grips are within the supported size range:

• Irons & woods: Max diameter 1.38 inches
• Putter slot: Max diameter 1.46 inches

Most oversized grips (like SuperStroke Tour 2.0–3.0, Golf Pride CP2, or Winn Oversize) fit perfectly in the iron slots. If you're using extra-large grips like JumboMax XL, they may only fit in the putter slot, not the iron slots.

As for left-handed clubs, the T-LOCK design is fully ambidextrous — it works just as well for left and right-handed club sets.
