This is a great golf travel bag for the occasional golfer. It is very durable, but does not have a ton of padding. The extendable stick was super helpful, but if you have a detachable driver head, I would still recommend removing it before checking your bag. I took this through the airport and it was super easy to maneuver and get around. I have shared with a number of friends who have also bought and love it.

This bag I needed in a pinch and it was available delivered in 3 days. So I gave it a whirl and have been pretty satisfied with it. Lots of room, very durable fabric. My only issue has been where the identification tag goes, it tore off a little bit. It didn't tear the fabric or anything. I will just go ahead and remove it, so it doesn't catch on anything. Wld def buy again!
I'm writing this review because I agonized over which travel bag to purchase. So many good reviews, and enough bad ones to discourage me from taking a chance. I read a lot of reviews (too many). and so far so good after 2 trips. The quality is very good and I can recommend based on my experience. My last bag didn't have wheels, and this one does and makes life so much better! I put my golf clubs, balls, and shoes in the travel bag with no problem and locked bag with a TSA approved lock. I could have fit more inside. The one thing I have always done even with my last bag was to wrap club heads with a beach towel, which may not be necessary but I feel it reinforced the club heads of my woods which are longer. I always keep in mind the baggage handlers may not be kind (I think of the old Samsonite commercials with the gorillas).
Great travel bag! This bag protected the clubs well and there was plenty of room to add some extra travel supplies. Although the rod slipped when I pushed on it, it did not slide during travel. Overall - This is a really good golf travel bag for the price!
Saw this item as one of the many golf travel bags listed and I have to say I was impressed when I received it. The bag fit my stand bag easily, and the telescoping support rod is very well built. I was not overly concerned about the padding of the bag, but I was able to create my own padding with my two pair golf shoes. There are large pockets on the front and side of the bag that you can even add towels to create extra padding if you feel the need to. They are large enough to get creative with items you cannot “carry on” to a plane. The handles are very sturdy and adjust nicely. The wheels are smooth and it is very easy to maneuver around. I am very happy with this purchase and do recommend it. It is worth the price for sure. It’s also pretty easy to spot on the luggage carousel.
